Where should new mail notifications show up on Mac?

I installed Mailspring on my Mac running latest Monterey 12.6. I haven’t received any OS X notifications so I went to the Apple Systems Preferences > Notification Center to make sure Mailspring was authorized. To my surprise, it was not visible in the list of available apps.

How are notifications supposed to work on Mac? Image would be helpful.

I found the same but after a couple of days it suddenly appeared. My wife found the same on her Mac. Have a look, it’s probably there now.
