Email address collection issue

mailspring not collecting and adding email address starting with info@ to address book

To Reproduce…

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Search “info@” in mailspring to find all the mail starting with “info@” and search “info@” in address book…you will not find any email address collected by mailspring which are starting with “info@”
  2. Create couple of email ids starting with “info@” and send email from newly created ids to mail id which is configured with mailspring and check, email address of these received mail are collected and added to address book by mailspring or not.

Setup

  • OS and Version: Windows 10 Pro N 64 bit / Version : 20H2 / OS Build : 19042.746 / Experience : Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.551.0
  • Mailspring Version: Mailspring Version (1.8.0-8983dca2) with two email id configured (both email id are G-suite id)

Thank you for reporting this. However, it is actually impossible for us to diagnose this issue without the setup information, and nearly impossible without the reproduction steps.
