I saw the thread on creating, renaming, and deleting folders or labels (Creating, renaming, and deleting folders or labels) but I cant make use of this. I cant find anywhere to create a folder. I do not have a header for “Folders”, yet I do have for “Labels” I was wondering if anyone can help me with being able to make folders.
I’m guessing that you have a google account linked, is that right? If so, they use the term labels rather than folders, they offer the same function (in grouping emails).
When you hover over the Labels section (the heading or a label under it) a plus sign should appear.
