Theme window dimension is not good

Description

“Change theme” window dimensions are little bit small (at least in French Locale) as such it displays two scrolling bars and the word create theme is hided.

To Reproduce…

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to “Change the theme”

Expected Behavior

The word “Create theme” should be displayed without having to scroll down with the second scrolling bar (The ‘2’ in the screenshot)

Eww, that is not pretty.

This is probably going to be a very low priority bug, as it will be rendered obsolete by Bundle: Hackable, the most likely next Bundle to be worked on. However, if anyone wants to dig in and fix this sooner, a PR would be welcome.

Maybe it’s a low priority bug, however it should be the most easier to fix. Since (maybe) you will have only to change dimensions of the window
